Terms and Conditions

These commodities, technology, or software were exported in accordance with U.S export administration regulations, diversion contrary to U.S. Export Control Law prohibited.

Full payment should be made via credit card while placing order or cash on collection from warehouse

If order is cancelled:

1. Within 2 hours after placing order, complete amount will be credited in customers wallet account for future purchase.
2. Before shipping, a cancellation fee of AED 25 or 10% of order value whichever is higher will applicable and balance amount will be credited in customers wallet account for future purchase.
3. Absolutely No Refunds to credit card/debit card. All refunds will be given to customer wallet on Eshop website.
4. No replacements will be given of product. Customer to use refund money in Ewallet and place new order.

Delivery is contingent upon strikes, accidents, delays of carrier and other delays beyond our control.

In case part no. and description do not match, part no. will take precedence and supply will be as per part no.

If item not collected from warehouse 4 working days from date order was placed then order will be cancelled.
